How many miles around sugarhouse park
The road that loops the park is a mile and three-eighths long and follows gently rolling hills around the pond. While that may seem like an odd and somewhat arbitrary number, you can make the math easy by just running laps. With an even Sugarhouse Park offers seven rent-able pavilions, a basketball court, seven volleyball courts, two playgrounds, an amphitheater, and one of the best sledding hills around.
Sugarhouse is also home to some interesting community events. Traffic is minimal and is limited to 20 mph. Vending and smoking are strictly forbidden in the park, along with drinking alcohol and posting signs or flyers. Fido is welcome as long as he stays on his leash. Sugarhouse has lots of food options.
