I too found myself in the position where I did the werewolf quest and lost her i seriously despise that quest now , i've been going back to previous saves and trying different ways to find her and get her back, when you start the werewolf quest she will start walking all the way back to Darklight Tower and she will stand in the room where you originally encountered her, note that you will need to do a time rest of 24h several times to allow her time to get all the way back - or you can do the command and it will teleport you to wherever she is on the road, she does get into combat on the road as I found her just as she had killed some random walking mage.

However, she will not respond to any communication once she has been lost or manually dismissed, this is clearly a bug so we just have to hope that a fix will be made for this although I suspect that by the time this is fixed we will all have finished the game and not care much anyway lol Also note that even if we managed to get her back, she would be lost again when doing the Labyrinth quest later on another annoying bug.
